Section 21
Income and Expenditure Accounting
(1) The Authority shall keep its accounts, accounts and financial statements in accordance with the prevailing Nepal Accounting Standards so that its financial situation is clearly visible.
(2) In carrying out its work, the authority shall maintain an internal control system as prescribed.
